MEDIATION FOR RESOLVING DISPUTES IN CONSTRUCTION WORKS
The speaker for this talk is from the Malaysian Mediation Centre (MMC) of the Bar Council.
This talk will re-introduce mediation as a method of resolving disputes in construction works. The speaker will also touch on the details of the 2 days seminar and 5 days training on Mediation, where upon completion, participants may apply to be in the Panel of Mediators at Bar Council.
