Please complete the form and enclose the necessary documents as required, including copies of your qualifications, certificates of membership from other professional bodies, and a passport-sized photograph. Ensure that all copies are certified by a member of the Institute, an Advocate & Solicitor, a Commissioner for Oaths, an Officer of Court, or a Division A Officer in Government Service. Should the Council determine that you are eligible for a higher grade of membership than applied for, in accordance with the Rules, you will be notified and given the option to either proceed with your initial application or apply for the higher grade. If you opt for the higher grade, you will be required to cover the difference in fees associated with the upgrade.
