Muhammad Suhaib Mohamed Ibrahim

Suhaib is a dispute resolution partner at Messrs. Skrine, and his portfolio includes civil and commercial litigation, international and domestic arbitration, corporate litigation and shareholders’ disputes, estate disputes, fraud, and asset recovery. He has appeared at all tiers of the Malaysian courts. Suhaib is the immediate past Honorary Treasurer of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators for the 2023/2025 term. He was also a Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators for the 2019/2022 term. Suhaib read law at the University of Manchester and graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) degree in 2013. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn in 2015 and thereafter obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cornell Law School in the same year. Suhaib was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2016.
