MIArb offers well appointed arbitration rooms complete with document storage facilities. These rooms can be used for meetings, conferences / seminars or workshops and can accommodate up to 80 people in theatre-style seating.

Room charges as above plus additional administrative charge @ RM30/- per hour (the minimum administrative charge is RM120/-)

Storage cabinets
Rates for document storage cabinets are:

  • Use of discussion room (Room C) for break-up sessions, on a shared basis with other arbitration room users
  • Use of library by arbitrators and lawyers during recesses
  • Use of reference library

A deposit of 20% is required. The balance is payable 10 days before first day of use.

Booking of rooms may be made by either party to the arbitration. The party making the booking shall be responsible for the payment of room rental and other additional costs incurred.(e.g. refreshments, fax, telephone, etc)

RM 50/- per extended hour
